f) subject to the data subject’s consent, the entities indicated in point 5) letter g) of this Privacy Policy.
2. DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email, including via the Contact Form or through the addresses indicated on this Website, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other Personal Data included in the email. The User’s consent to provide the Data is necessary for inclusion in the Controller’s databases and for the establishment and proper execution of what is offered by the Controller to its Users, as well as to third parties for performing the specific requested activity. Therefore, failure to provide such Data prevents registration in the Controller’s databases, the conclusion of any contracts, as well as the execution thereof and any other possible activity. Consequently, the User’s failure to provide certain Personal Data may prevent this Website from providing its services. The User accepts responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Website and guarantees that they have the right to communicate or disclose them, releasing the Controller from any liability towards third parties.

4. DURATION OF PROCESSING
As expressly provided by Art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of the GDPR, Data are stored for the time necessary for their Processing in relation to the performance of the service requested by the User, or required by the Purposes described in this document.
In particular:
– Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of that contract is completed;
– Data collected for Purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until that interest is met. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller;
– Data collected on the basis of the User’s Consent may be retained until such Consent is revoked;
– Data collected for tax/administrative obligations will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the aforementioned purposes and as provided by law, and in any case for a period not exceeding that dictated by civil law;
– Data may be retained by the Controller for a longer period in compliance with legal obligations or by order of an authority;
The User can always request the interruption of Processing or the deletion of Data not related to the performance of the contract.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, once that period expires, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.
5. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF COLLECTED DATA
The User’s Data are collected to enable the Website to provide its services, as well as for the following Purposes: Contacting the User, managing addresses and sending email messages, interacting with external platforms, and statistics. Specifically:
a) to comply with any type of obligation contemplated and provided for by current laws, regulations, and commercial practices, particularly in tax/fiscal matters;

For the purposes referred to in points e), f), g), Processing is based on the freely given consent of the data subject.

DEFENSE IN COURT
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller in court or in stages leading to any possible legal action, due to misuse in the use of the same or the related services by the User. The User declares awareness that the Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.
NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL
The provision of browsing data by Users, for the aforementioned purposes, depends on the degree of privacy that the User has enabled or disabled via their browser. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, notifying Users on this page. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, the User must discontinue the use of this Website and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data.
